I first met Tim when he was marketing another property nearby in Red Beach. In that instance I could not assist him because we were discussing selling ourselves. Anyway I discussed the meeting with my husband and gave him Tim’s business card and told him we should speak to him first cos he appeared to be very knowledgeable re the market and the area. A meeting was arranged and we were both impressed by his knowledge and understanding of our situation. He quickly came up with a marketing plan. At that point we both decided Tim was the man for the job and didn’t approach any other agents. Tim was helpful throughout the whole process even helping shift heavy equipment. He kept us fully informed throughout His communication skills were top notch and we appreciated his honesty and hard work.

Fun facts!
1. His wife Briony is the nicest person he knows :)
Tim's wife is such a compassionate and caring person, the glue of his family and a big part of their local community.
4. Tim is not bad at firing up the troops at Red Beach Surf Club
After just one session as an energised parent he was roped into coaching! He's pretty good at motivating people and brings enthusiasm and encouragement that translates to his kids, their friends and sometimes on a Sunday morning - the kids parents too. You know who you are in the sprint races!
2. His sense of humour is
truly awesome!
Seriously, ask anyone.
Bonus fact - his kids still think he's pretty funny - and it has been said - that sometimes their Mum does too. P.S This fact was almost fact #1.
5. He grew up in rural Australia
Born in New Zealand, Tim grew up in rural Australia - in the bush! And yes there were snakes, spiders, scorpions and massive bull ants on his property. He was a stoic AB's supporter all through school.
3. Tim can still out sprint all his kids
It's true, every year around Christmas they have a race. A lot of the time the boys end up trying to take each other out and forget about Tim.
6. He coaches Rugby at Silverdale
With a name like Hansen - he had to! Two of his sons play there. When he has time he plays there too. He tries not to get too competitive - but apologises in advance if he ever does! The good news is, at least he will bring that same competitive edge to your team one day!
